Oh, honey. I know that feeling, and I hate it. I am so sorry.


I don't think your rage is irrational at all. And I think the pain you are feeling is completely valid (and not fun and it sucks) and I am so sorry for your loss. I think big events and anniversaries usually call for big emotions. Actually I think a little bit of pissed off might do you some good when you need a break from the sadness. I would be happy to kick biology's ass on your behalf. For what it's worth...

I know how hard the thought of one extra measly month is... I didn't even want to postpone when I found a breast lump! But if one more month will give you the sense that you've done everything you can, it's totally worth it. Hang in there. The time will pass.
