fwiw, where I live, everyone gets day 2 transfers. I have no earthly idea what my twins would have looked like by day 3 or even 5. Heck, they looked a little shaky at thawed day 2.

My first two transfers looked better and not a hint of hcg from either.

I guess I'm saying you never know, the predictive power of how they look isn't super.
